A to Z.

Hey guys! I found something quite interesting in a magazine called 'Health & Beauty'. Everyone know the alphabet A to Z right? Do you know each of the alphabet related to our health resolutions? :) Now, let me tell you guys one by one.



  • Keep ACTIVE.
  • Look after your BONES.
  • CHEW your food.
  • Visit the DOCTOR.
  • Protect your EYES.
  • FLOSS your teeth daily.
  • GASTRONOMY is the science of eating and drinking right.
  • Be HAPPY.
  • Monitor your INSULIN levels.
  • Drink JUICE.
  • Cultivate KINSHIP.
  • Support your LIVER.
  • Regularly treat yourself to a MASSAGE.
  • Go NATURAL for your beauty facials.
  • Pay attention to the OILS that you consume.
  • Be PRESENT in the moment.
  • Practice staying QUITE for a few minutes on a daily basis.
  • Make time for some RECREATION.
  • Cut down the intake of SALT.
  • Drink more TEA.
  • Monitor your UTERUS.
  • Take VITAMIN supplements.
  • Drink plenty of WATER daily.
  • Eat more YOGHURT.
  • Cultivate the X-FACTOR in your life.
  • Get lots of  ZzzzzzzzZZZZ.

So, start your day with running the list above to get a HEALTHIER you! =D

Let's exercise!

Oh! Good morning! It's Friday again! Tick-tock tick tock~ time flies seriously. I have no morning class on Friday. So, I decided to go jogging with my lovely mum. We went out at 6.30am. I know it's quite early, but it's better that you jog without the hot sun shining on you right? =)

We usually jog at the park near Pandan Indah. When we reached the park, there are many people jogging around the park. You can imagine how earlier they reach there just for exercise. Nowadays, people is more and more concern about the health. Although you have wealth, but without a healthy body, you also won't be happy in your entire life. So, start exercise TODAY before it is too late. Before we start jogging, a proper warm up is a must.

There are some studies show that working out in the morning is best for your health. For those people who exercise every morning are more likely to still be exercising one year later. Lol. Besides that, exercising in the morning will help you sleep better at night as you will feel more energized throughout the day. It can also 'starts' your body metabolism activities, so that you will burn more calories all the day. Well, exercise in the morning not only wake up your body but also wake up your mind =) For those people who is concerned of body shape and refuse to take proper meal, this is not a good way to maintain healthy. All you have to do is exercise early in the morning and you will eat less for the entire day. Sound's great right? Hehe.

However, I know it is difficult to wake up such early in the morning and I have faced the same problems too!  =( There are some tips here so that getting up earlier is not a problem anymore =)

  • Do away with your snooze button. Buy an alarm that doesn't have one. When it goes off, force yourself get up from the bed. 
  • Convince yourself that you are a morning person. It pays mentally to positive thinking.
  • Sleep earlier at night. ( It's really works! Hehe.)
  • Team up with a gang of friends in doing your work out. So that you wont find any excuses to sleep in while others are waiting for you. =)
After exercising for 1 hour, we head back to home and mummy is going to prepare a delicious breakfast! Teehee!
