Assignment- Food Fair.

17 July 2011 is our BIG day! ROLL N GO finally meet the public! Lets welcome them! *clap clap*.
Let me introduce what is ROLL N GO. It is made up of fish sausage and soft pastry. Fish sausage is full with OMEGA-3 and PROTEIN. We also mixed the sausage with carrot, onion and little bit of cinammon to make it more tasty. While the pastry is made up with flour, Chinese ku chai, milk, sugar and etc. So our food product is kinda HEALTHY! ♥ We name it ROLL N GO is because we ROLL up the pastry with the sausage and give to the customer. And the customer may GO now. LOL!

All of us has been WAITING for this fair so long, hoping it will ENDED EARLIER~ We had spent lots of precious TIME and MONEY for this food fair. Arghhhh. During the food fair, there are some incidences that happened. We reached there by 7am. There is only 3 of us who set up the booth. We failed to set up the booth at first. Poor 3 little girls. =( but we keep trying and trying and lastly, we made it! The first batch of food came at 9am. We were sooooooo shock that the food were not nice packed as we imagine. Cant blame the others also. They are all rushing to make the food. Pity them who making the food in the lab. 300 servings are not so easy. Surprisingly, most of the customer commented our food was quite ok. BUT, one of the customer returned to food to us! Maybe he is too choosy? Must be. =(

The food fair ended around 9pm. Although our group didn't manage to get any prizes, but I feel happy to work with my group-mates! Thanks for the co-operation in these 3 months! And we finally made it a success!

Hey!
Suddenly feel like blogging again! =p
Today,
my group members and I of the FPP is doing the first food trials!
It was quite excited cause we can cook in the college for the first time! Haha.
We are making something looks simple, but it is very difficult to make it.
What we are making? A PUFF.
We have tired a few times, but the puff doesn't looks like puff, it looks like cookies more ==
Wondering what is the problem.
At last we screwed up the puff! Haha. It's ok!
We will try it again on the other times. =]

Here I come! YEAR 2!

Hi, I'm new here. So, this will be my very first post in blogger =)

Well, I had started my Year2 degree in Food Science & Nutrition since last week. In this semester, I'm taking four subjects which is Food Processing and Preservation, Human Nutrition, Fundamental of Marketing and Information Technology. It's not involved only food, but also involved in marketing and IT. I think it will be lots of fun. Hehe. Year2 will be most probably tougher than Year1. There are also more and more assignments coming. Anyway, I hope I can cope it well. So that I wont disappoint my parent's hope. They didn't put any pressure on me, they just ask me to try my best in everything, it's ok if i can't be the best! but at least i had tried hard on it. How sweet and caring they are! I love them much! I will study hard and make them proud of it! =)

Why I start to blog huh? Because of interest? I can tell u a 'NOPE'. This is because blogging is one of the assignment's part of IT. I know blogging is not something bad, but I'm just lazy to blog =p I have no choice but to start blogging. Lol. Who knows maybe I will in love with blogging and find that blogging is actually an interesting task perhaps. Hehe. Ohh, it's 12.11am now, time to go for bed! Good Night! ^^
