Internship. (Part 7)

Hehehe.

Its Monday again! again and again.

Well, yesterday is a BUSY day. Today is a FREE day. But, I just felt lazy to wake up early in the morning. My eyes is open but my soul is not there == SUFFER!

Reached the shop @ 8.40am. I know I'm late as Sir Izam is doing the opening. He is damn punctual! not like the others. He gave us LECTURE in the morning for few hours. We should have our own mission, we should be alert all the time, we should share what we know to others-SHARING IS CARING. During the meeting, everyone just quiet and listen only. Scary and stressful.

KRR having a new menu as well as promotion. The price increases, it's so expensive. Wondering who will eat.. Those rich people lo @@ A pair of Wings and Drumsticks costs RM 10.90. *faint*
I'm so damn careless! I though I lost my purse. My mum keep asking is it stolen by my Malay colleagues. ==I was start to wondering who is he/she! @#$%$! Again! Something careless! == I dropped my purse in my locker. I JUST CANT BELIEVE I MAKE SUCH STUPID MISTAKE AGAIN! What happen to me???????

Luckily was not stolen by others if not need to do police report as my IC and lessen are inside my purse. I'm sure my dad and mum will start nagging me from now on.

A free day but tiring. Must get enough sleep today. If not my dark circle will be worsen and the pimples will pop-out non stop!! Arghhh.

Internship. (Part 6)

Today actually is my off day but need to go another outlet for training! So my plan for today is spoiled! No more off day! ='(

OFF DAY! IMY SO MUCH!

When I stepped in to the shop, all the people were arrived. So I quickly went in and pick a place to sit. Those people sitting there are mostly new comers and were Malays! I'm the only Chinese! -.-

Well, it's okay I told myself. 

The girl beside me asked me to write my name, outlet and fav food on a piece of paper. It's then put in front of us. It will be more easier for sir and ms to called our name since they dont really recognize us! LOL.

Zul was siting in front of me. He is from the same outlet with me who is also internship student. Luckily someone familiar. ==|||

The class started with mission and vision of a company and introduce who is Kenny Rogers actually. Then go into those methods to give a good service. I also learned something useful from there. Overall, the training was consider fun as Sir Izam keep kidding there. He love to smile at me and call me 'Ling ah'. So geli. LOL. One of the people there started to tease me in front of Sir Izam by calling me Ling too. Haha. They are just joking I know. The girl and his bf who siting beside and their friends even start to tease the outlet's managers that he ate 1 whole chicken everyday. I was LOL?! When I saw his body size, I finally understand. Opps! =X

Our lunch was the same food again. But this time I got the chance to try the BBQ sauce. It taste okay only. I still prefer the Original. LOL. The whole training took about 6 hours. Took a taxi back after that. The taxi driver who is a Chinese old uncle keep chatting with me. I was so tired therefore I just answer his question with a short answer. =X I think he took a long way to reach my home. >< This travel cost me Rm11.50! Gonna claim back from my company. Hehe. Btw, the uncle said I look like 18/19. Dont look like 20. HAHAHA.

Reached home and continue with my dramas! My favourite activity! =DD

Wondering do I need to work tomorrow? Still waiting for the phone call.

Internship. (Part 5)

HEY!!

Happy Working for 1 week already/ ONLY.

I dont know should I say that the time is passing fast or slow ==

Today working morning shift. Was so shocked when I saw the Kelana Jaya Line was crowded with PEOPLE! Those people were just Q-ing up 1 by 1 and there are about 10 rows of them I think! Really OMG. Really become SARDINE in the train. Reached there at 8.30 but the door still havent open yet. Waited alone at the scary shopping mall =X 

Tik tok tik tok~ still havent see anyone came. Until 9 am, finally the manager appeared! Like FINALLY! @@ After got inside, do the usual stuffs. And guess what? I made the muffin today! Keke. Nahhh, actually just pour the mixture into the cup.

According to my manager, there will be an event for 20 pax @ noon. I was wondering who are they. They are actually some students and teachers. There were only 10 of them at last ==

While serving them, I dont know my colleague was behind me. When I turned my back, I HIT HIM! AND AT THE MOMENT, HE WAS HOLDING 7 GLASSES OF DRINKS USING 1 HAND!! HE IS SERVING THE OTHERS!! LUCKILY HE CAN HOLD IT!! LUCKILY HE DIDN'T FALL THE GLASSES IF NOT I'M THE ONE WHO IS GOING TO BE BLAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After that, my heart just pumping so fassssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssst! PHEWWWWWWWWWWWWW!! 

The amount of customers for today was average still can handle it. Just started to dislike those Malay young boy! Just know how to talkkkk. Do thing not serious also.ISH!

 My job ended at 4.30pm =))) On the way to lrt station, bought this.

My fav magazine. All about Fashion, skin care, hair care and make up. It costs RM9.

Took a short nap after I reached home. I miss my bedddd so much.

Tomorrow 8.30 shift again as I requested for it. Got a little bit regret nowwww. =(

Nvm! Start work earlier, end work earlier! =DDD

Internship. (Part 4)

Hellooooooo!

Today was a damn busy day. One word to describe my day- TIRED! I thought there will be less customers today but..


turned out to be the most busy day that I ever experienced. During the morning section, there are only 2 people in the shop including me. Once there is a customers came, others also follow. This is always the trend! why huh? I feel like I cant breath by just walking here and there, those people ordering non-stop. Most of the staffs were in the afternoon section. But the shop was so crowded until the rice, salad and chicken also finished in half day == There are lots of order and I think the people who supposed to pick the dishes were acting so slowwwwwwwwww.@@ All the orders messed up! I know I must bare with it. I cant change my face but to keep smiling with the customers! how fake! Working life!

Got complained from customers as the food served too slowwww! you see! SLOW! He blaming me for not serving his soup and the muffin should be at the last! He asked to see manager. Ok. It's non of my business. Just only 2 months. Just bare with it Elaine! Customers is always RIGHT~ we must say YES to everything. ==

Finally it's my break time! Half and hour only. Went SASSA to buy the sebum gel for my mum. I feel like buying things also..

After a fast shopping, thought of buying HOT n ROLL. OMG. There is long Q and my break time is gonna END! So, I ended up without eating anything. == Start my work again. People is just like coming non-stop. They are just craving for food! =X


It's 7pm. Yeah! time to go home! My papa and mama come and fetch me =DD On the way, something terrible happened! I cant find my DEBIT CARD! really GG this time! I keep refreshing my mind wondering where did I put my card! I remember that the person at SASSA didn't give me back my card! OMG! Went back JJ. My papa and mama keep scolding me for being CARELESS! I know I'm. They are so worry, so do I. Keep praying that my card at actuallt at the shop but not dropped somewhere else!

Luckily!!!! My card was at SASSA. PHEWWWWW! The sales girl forgot to give me back!!!

But, I know I cant blame her as it is my fault too for not realized and ask for my card after the payment!! NO NEXT TIME!! I SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL!

Off to dinner @ Mamak King which is crowded with people! Ordered so many things as I'm cravingggg for food =X Bitter gourd noodles is a MUST! : P there are also rojak, roti canai, fried chicken, fried chicken skin (Thumbs up!), and fried noodles! Yummmmmmmm~ satisfy =))) Bumped into my primary friend -- Lik Xian! LOL.


What a day! Tomorrow gonna wake up at 6 as I'm working the 8.30 shift.

Internship. (Part 3)

As usual, went to work at 11am. The clock at the shop is faster than usual for 10 mins.. so that's mean I should reach there earlier and end my work earlier..haha!

The manager gave us briefing again. We should greet our customers with all our heart. We should also satisfy them as customers is the biggest and bla bla bla. Again. Nonsense! We should have team work and.............Anyway, we as the 'small' one must obey it no matter how. Life of a worker. =X

Worked as full time server today. Considered as a busy day as there are lots of customers coming during the lunch hours. A special guest came. Someone told me that she is from HQ and the genting's branch had kena from her. So we just have to do our best!

Waiting the time to passed. Something happened. There is a customer that take away didn't pay the bill! I'm not sure whether there is a mistake or .......... if true, how dare heeee?! ==

8.30am shift tomorrow! the earliest shift! Gotta sleep early tonight! Pray that I wont kena the 3.30 shift!

Internship. (Part 2)

Well, today is my 3rd day of internship. Luckily I got off this week which is yesterday while my 'mummy' don't have off for this week. Lucky me, pity 'mummy'! hee... but she will get her off day on nxt Monday. My off day will be farrrrrrrr farrrrrr away from meeee! ='( It's not surprise that a worker keep wondering which is his/her's off day! :P

Started my work at 10am, that means I will end my work at 6pm. =)) Once reached my working place, I was asked to sweep the floor. This is a job that has to be done by most of the intern. After that, I was involved in the kitchen! Finally something different! I was soooo happyyyy! I dont need to face the crowd as I have phobia ! HAHA! But things do not come as easy as I think. I was in charged in cutting the fruits and vegetables!! IT TOOK ME FOR 4 HOURS!!! My problem? too slow? this is my first time cutting so many things! 2 kg of carrots, oranges and some honeydew. All need to be cut into cube shapes! OMG! I JUST CANT FEEL MY HAND NOWWWW! ><

While cutting halfway, Bella ran into the room and told sir that THERE IS A RAT OUTSIDE! I was like HUH? RAT??????!!!! IN THE RESTAURANT??? All the people ran out just to see the rat!! Besides that, I also saw baby cockroaches in the kitchen!  One of it stick on my newwwww pantttt!!! ISH! >< Back to the rat, sir quickly ran out and rat catching in action! LOL. Rat was catched by sir and dumped into the plastic bag. According to them, the rat is kinda big is size! The rat nowadays was so scary! They do not even scare of human by just running here and there! World is changing! @@

I was soo hungry after the fruit cutting session. So I ate the quarter meal with OR 1/4 chicken, rice, garlic potatoes, fruit salad and a banana muffin! =DDD Food is alwaysss my fav! heeee~

After my break, continue with my work as server. Successfully sold 1 set of I-care bag and I-care box and a I-care box! Heee! Sometimes, I feel that Malays are more friendly than Chinese! They are more nicer and polite.


Arghh! Feel like gonna have sore throat! hate the feeling!! Skip dinner today!!

Internship.

Finally the day has come - 1/11/11.

I started my first intern @ Kenny Rogers yesterday. I reached there at 10am. First day of working is always SUCKS ! Totally new environment, new people for me! I just cant accept it at short period. All I need is timeeeeee.

When I walked into the shop, I felt my legs were so heavy, just don't feel like walking in. =( For the sake of my academic marks, I have to be brave and walk in! It's scary as I have phobia for the first day. I don't feel like open my mouth to talk even =X

On the first day, a Malay girl name Nabila aka Bella teaches me all the things that I should know. She is quite nice and friendly. Luckily~ phew! My others colleague are mostly Malays and some Indians. I'm the only Chinese at there and sometimes can be said as the only girl  @@

For the first time, I have difficult in understanding the menu. I think this will happen to most of the first-timers.
Bella bring me and visit the whole shop. She explained those equipment and rules one by one to me O.o Seriously, I felt SLEEPY at that moment. My mind was just thinking about going back home.  The time for first day passed so slowwwwwwwwwwww. >< During my break time, I get to eat 1 set of quarter meal and ice-lemon tea for FREEE!  heee.. After the break, continue with my work-- by looking around. Finally, it reached 6pma and it's time for me to go home! =DDD

One of my uni friend - May Eng aka my 'mummy' also working at Kenny Rogers but at different branch. We considered have fate as we have involved with the assignment together for 3 times - 3 semester and now working the same job! haha.. She is kinda a good girl and I feel happy while chatting with her. We gave encourage to each others for our intern. She was also facing the same situation with me - the only Chinese at the shop. Haha. I wish we are working at the same branch. =(

On the 2nd day , I found that I started to enjoyed my job! haha. So as May. Once I stepped into the shop, I told myself I must be brave as I cannot depend on others now! So, I did many orders today! Just keeping myself busy so that time will flies =) Everything went quite smoothly but there were some small incidents happened. Some of the customers complained about the mushroom soup as it's not fresh. And guess what! I accidently saw one hair inside the soup!!! Luckily didn't serve to customer if not sure kena 99! But our shop got the A for the cleanliness eh LOL.

Anyway, I think I do believe people easily. It isn't a good thing right? I exchanged my fb and tel no with a couple. They are my customer. They just keep talking to me, they are friendly. They even introduce me to work at Gardenia but definitely not HI 5! LOL.. That guy's surname is Pang and they have relative staying at Aussie? maybe I think too much already? They are just treating me sincerely?@@

Well, it's 8pm! YEAH! Time to go home. My dad come and fetch me as my parents worried about me walking in the dark to the putra alone.. Awww.. so caring =') I feel so goood today as I got a day off for tomorrow! hurrayyy! A rest day for me after working for 2 days. LOL. Gonna meet STC's teachers and aunty for dinner at MI THO tomorrow!=))

It's almost 1am now! Off to bed now! Night peeps! =))

What I did on this 'special' day was I went for the internship interview at Kenny Rogers,  Jusco Alpha Angle.

The interview time set at 10am.

10/10 10am wow! perfect 10! 

The whole interview was quite smooth. The person in charge didn't even look at my cv or cert @@

I want to work at food factoryyy but not food restaurant ahhhhhh~ =(

No choice! Tahan for 2 months!

The jobs required us to work for 6 days, 8 hours per day. But the pay is so little ><

Intern ah intern!

I cant enjoy my next two months holidays because of U!

The Smurfs

Yesterday, I was wondering is there any job available during this semester break. Then, I received an message this morning asking me whether I'm interested with the job or not! Wow! heehehee =)

Went KLCC to collect my free movie tickets -- THE SMURFS.

We managed to snap a picture with the SMURFS mascot. They are so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeee! One of the mascot blur blur one, dunno where to face the camera! LOL! We also get 1 free photo with the exclusive frame by SONY.

Watched The Reef as my gf wants to watch it. I want to watch planet of the apes lo =( BTW, The movie tickets cost us Rm28! wth! ><

It is based on the true story at Australia >< Sorry to said that the movie was quite bored! It's just about the starring keep swimming in the sea as their boat was broken down in the middle of the big ocean. One of the guys suggested them to swim to the nearest Island. OMG. Swimming in the big big ocean. Kinda scary la when the shark fin appeared around them (there is only one shark in the ocean). They can do nothing but just keep swimming and swimming. == Swim for 1 and hours half then come to THE END. Only one person manage to survive.

While the others were not free as usual. So there will be always me and her.

After Sept, I think there will be lesser chance for us to meet each other as she will be starting her Uni life.
