Hey guys! I found something quite interesting in a magazine called 'Health & Beauty'. Everyone know the alphabet A to Z right? Do you know each of the alphabet related to our health resolutions? :) Now, let me tell you guys one by one.

  • Look after your BONES.
  • CHEW your food.
  • Visit the DOCTOR.
  • Protect your EYES.
  • FLOSS your teeth daily.
  • GASTRONOMY is the science of eating and drinking right.
  • Be HAPPY.
  • Monitor your INSULIN levels.
  • Drink JUICE.
  • Cultivate KINSHIP.
  • Support your LIVER.
  • Regularly treat yourself to a MASSAGE.
  • Go NATURAL for your beauty facials.
  • Pay attention to the OILS that you consume.
  • Be PRESENT in the moment.
  • Practice staying QUITE for a few minutes on a daily basis.
  • Make time for some RECREATION.
  • Cut down the intake of SALT.
  • Drink more TEA.
  • Monitor your UTERUS.
  • Take VITAMIN supplements.
  • Drink plenty of WATER daily.
  • Eat more YOGHURT.
  • Cultivate the X-FACTOR in your life.
  • Get lots of  ZzzzzzzzZZZZ.
